Every day changes puts more and more responsibilities on your IT and telecom departments. Keeping track of all existing, new and relocated extensions require a unique process. With porting, programming, routing and other responsibilities, these constant changes drain your IT and Telecom resources, putting a strain on production and performance. CCSG can be your every day installer. Most clients do not require our services every single day, but we do offer a fast and reliable solution every time an ADD, Change or Move needs to be completed. Several clients have selected a particular day that we visit them on a weekly basis. Some larger clients may require 2 days a week, or more. Regardless of the amount of Add's, Changes or moves your company may have, CCSG can provide you with a Fast, Reliable, Professional and Quality solution. Saving you hundreds of dollars in the long run. We will work closely with your internal departments, advising and reporting all work done, while meeting all your specifications and requirements. CCSG incorporates, along with your internal system, a numbering scheme that will allow all individuals involved to quickly and easily identify all outlet jacks and/or ports. Following the new TIA/EIA-606 specifications, we require a unique and descriptive numbering schemes to all cables, outlets, patch panels and other components. An example would be 2-3A-39. This example could represent just about anything, but when used correctly, personnel can quickly identify that this cable or jack goes to closet #2, 3rd rack, Patch panel #A and Port #39. Also, if all patch panels have the jumpers installed correctly, this example could easily be traced back to the switch. Even voice cables, outlets, and termination blocks need to have a correct numbering scheme that follows or incorporates with the rest of the network. In many cases, voice jacks are included with the same numbering scheme, but apply to it's respective terminations, cables and equipment.
